Description:

If you have already started the game and found magic weapons BEFORE applying magic weapon fixes (in the bugfix pack), your existing magic weapons will not be changed.

Cheerful Dragon's "Flint Itemchanger" mod allows you to talk to Flint (in East Brittany near the moongate) to exchange your old magic weapons for new ones.
