Cheerful Dragon's mod to increase encumbrance limit by level.  As you level up you gain extra maximum encumbrance of 3.5 x level.

The following note was mentioned on this forum post :

"To install place the mod into Lazarus esources
Note: The change needs a initial recalculation of the base stats - wich is performed e.g. when you
gate travel, cast quicken, cast protection, level up, when the party gains quest XP or die. "
