ok..when i say quick here..its not like you can get those beast in like 1 hours or something,but yeah..it still will be quicker than it should be.
Since i am focusing on summons themselves so i am not going to write guide like how you get job again.
Still, there something you should prepare before you do it
1.Enough of gils. This is for donation for the fame of the quests,alos for the silent oil,and prism powder for you to move to the proto crystal.
2.Finished the summoner quest first ofcourse
3.Kazham Pass
4.If possible, ALL of the Gate Crystal,cus that will help you move to each place easily.
5.few LV 70 friends. Nope not 60 or 65, 70 only cus since your level will be too low for those beasts so which means can t count you as part of FIGHTING MEMBEr. Currently, only lv70 can kill those beasts in like 3 or 4 people.
6.be able to Warp by yourself
Fame:
although, there are 6 cities for the summons quests,but atually you only need 5 kinds of fame. Jeuno,Sandoria,Bastok,Windrust,and Tensyoutou/Norg
Rabao,Selbina and Sandoria share same fame.
Kazham,Mhaura and Windrust share same fame
There are 9 levels of fame, and you got to get at least rank 8 to get most of the avatar quest.
However you only need rank 6(or 7 i forgot) to get Leviathan quest.

There are many quests which cn raise your fame quickly,but what am i going to list now,is REPEATABLE and CHEAPEST way to get you fame.
1.Sandoria: just keep donate the bats wings to Secodiand in F6 in North Sandoria. you will get quest of Shiva from Gulmama who is near to the gate in North Sandoria. You will get Key of Ice from her.

2.Windrust:Just donate the sardine to Tokaka next to the fishing gild,but since you have to zone yourself to reapete it,so you better learn Warp spell which is level 17 black magic. Here is how you do this. Set your home point in Port Windrust. buy sardine from guild,then donate to the Taru. Warp yourself to the home point, and repeate it.You will get quest offer of Rahmu from Ripapa in Mhaura,and quest offer of Ifrit from Ronta-Onta in Kazham.

3.Bastok:just donate copper ingots to Michea who is near to the armor shop in Bastok Market. Agan,since this quest only can be repeat after you change the zone,so just use the warp trick again.
Set your home point in Bstok Market. Give the copper ingot to Michea. Wrp yourself, then again.If you dont want buy copper ingots from AH you can mke them by yourself. 1 fire crystal and 4 opper mine. Its only about 11 gils for each copper mine
You will get quest offer o Titan from Juroro in Port Bastok.

4.Rabao:Since there is no reapeatable quest in Jeuno, so you have to finish the quest each by each. I also heard tht the fame in Jeuno is the SUM of the 3 countries. You will get quest offer of Garuda from Agado-Pugado in Rabao if you have enouh fame of Jeuno.

5.Norg:Norg has its own fame too. You will get fame by either finish the quest in Norg or finish the quest which relate to Tensyoutou. The most cheapest way i know is donate brass mine to Talib in Port Bastok. You have to finish the 1st offer from him to get this offer, and also you have to donate 4 brass mine at same time. Since this quest doent need to warp to repeat it,so you can just bring a lot brass mine and give them to him. You will get quest offer of Leviathan from Edal-Tahdal in Norg.
Note:Yagudo`s bead quest in Windrust is the cheapest way to gain fame for Norg.
Moving:
The enemies which proto crystals located are all deadly to level lower than 60. Monsters can kill you by 1 hit if you are like level 30,so prepare SNEAK(whm rdm 21) and INVISIABLE (whm rdm 25)for yourself is the best way since those monster are sill tough to level 70s. If they kill each monster for you, that will waste more time. HOWEVER, in Ifrit Cauldron, the boms there can SMELL you if you use spells, so the only way is using SILENT OIL(sneak), and PRISM POWDER(invisible). These 2 drugs cost 5000-6000 each dozen,but you only need 3-4 when you go Ifrit.

The effects of sneak and invisable are not forever, you will reive warning message before it gone. Please make sure you are fully covered by the magic. When it almost gone,just find some place with no enemies or enemies are far to recharge your sneak or invisable.
The effect of sneak and invisable cant be cover if you still have the effect,so before you recharge it, you have to cancel your old spell effet.You can check the manual book to know how to cancel your spell effect. Before you go, please practice this many times make sure you know the timing of recharging sneak and invisable.

Most of high level players will love to help you kill those summons(Edit: Not exactly true due to the exp lose of high level 03/08/04), however, they hate taking care of you during the path to the summons. If you make everything set, like get the keys, know where to go, got pass and gte crystal and be able to protect your self by sneak and invisable, killing those summons is nothing to them,and they will ove to kill them for you.

Most of the time,you dont actually have to pay for those who help you,but you mght have to pay for their potion fees.

Seems like you can check your fame of Norg by checking the price of Riceball in Tenshodo,but dont forget, the price may be raise or drop due the to stock of the rice ball.

Also, it seems Selbina` fame is 3 countries` fame. I heard from Meiyu that it seems you can "BOOST" your 3 countries` fame by donateing cabage in Selbina.

Fenrir`s Fame: I guess this is Windrust`s fame,and you need pretty high to get quest offer. You dont need beat avatars to get quest offer, however, you need to collect 6 wispers to get key item to get in Full Moon Fountain.

Fenrir is different from regular avatars. There is not grantee that full party of 75 could beat it, so i wouldnt suggest you do leeching stratgy for this avatar.

I found that avatars are just like regular BC fight that there is a level range. It means, sometimes avatar may be easy cus you get lower level one.

As matter of fact, RDM Level 75(sj WAR or NIN) seems is the only job which posibily solo regular avatars, however it doesnt mean they can handle that EASILY,because the level range of the avatar may effect the result A LOT. If you find yoursefl cant find anyone help you getting avatar by shouting in Jeuno..I can tell you ITS NORMAL. The truth is even a group of level 75 sometimes may die like 1or 2 pepole (it doesnt meant they cant beat it)during regular avatar fight due to the astrol flow. Since one death for level 75 is kind painful for exp lose without raise 3, most high level people really dont like to "HELP" those who want to use leeching stratgy.

About moving of the path to avatar. There are some certain places that even level 75 cant handle by like 1 or 2 people,so its really important NOT TO GET ARGROED. The truth is that when you get argroed,they CANT save you or raise at all if there are only 1 or 2 high level players. So, I would say DONT GET ARGROED is the most important thing during whole trip.
