U6P Lycaeum Library Guide PDF Print E-mail
Written by Liora
Wednesday, 09 June 2010

These are my rough notes that I used to find my way around the Lycaeum Library.  Hopefully, they're not too confusing!

I would Like to give special thanks to Wyrdweb Dragon for going through the guide and providing all the proper names for the rooms, AND listing all the art file names used in the library.  Thanks, Wyrdweb!

Library Basics

The Library is basically divided into two  main "Paths" from the Reference Desk: a left path leading to the east, and a right path to the west.  The paths generally lead downward to the Bottom Floor, which is divided into four sections, and each "path" from the reference desk gives access to two of the sections.

Below are listed all of the books found in each room along each path. Directions are given as Left (L), Right (R) or Straight, and are followed by a compass direction (N, S, E, or W) in parentheses. So, for example L(E) would mean "Left (East)".  The directions L/R/Straight are what you would take if you were entering each room/intersection in succession from the Reference Desk, but depending on which way you go, the compass directions may be more useful. The left path diagram and right path diagram can also be used as visual references, showing how the rooms are connected.
